1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of mkwebflow.co.uk and the services provided by MK Web Flow ("we", "us"), an independent web design studio based in Oldham, UK.

2. Services

We design, build and host websites and apps. A specific quote and scope is agreed in writing for each project before work begins.

3. Quotes & payment

• Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on scope.
• A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

4. Live demos

We may build a live demo before you pay. Demos remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you. Underlying code libraries, frameworks and our pre-built templates remain the property of their original authors / MK Web Flow.

6. Hosting & maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are billed monthly or annually as agreed. We may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice.

7. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
